I swear I remembered him riding it into the pits... Maybe I'll go back and look again. =\
No - one lone marshall ended up pushing him on the track, and when the bike wouldn't fire, (from memory) he parked it on the inside of the track. He may have arrived back in the pits on the back of a 'service scooter' as a pillion - a common way of getting riders/drivers back to the pits in MotoGP and F1.I swear I remembered him riding it into the pits... And surely you don't believe Casey would say this if his bike had started: "Casey said that if they'd pushed him he'd have go the bike started and there were an awful lot of points to be scooped up."
