Looks like you need it for a 2nds gen. Maps are not interchangeable. Sorry, I can't help with that.

I just saw that you posted Wally Holeshot map.

If you have the full system you need the Holeshot map, did you get the Email?

I have gutted the cats and have Leo Vinci cans, I use the Wally smoothness map

merged with the Dale Walker map. Wally to 4K, then Holeshot starts.

I'm looking for a copy of the wally holeshots map as well... unless someone has something that fits two brothers pipes better than the wally holeshots? Didnt we have a share up somewhere for all these PCiii maps?

hey everyone....so i picked up and 2005 fjr with a full holeshot exhaust and pciii with dales map....the previous owner turn on the accel pump feature.....a highway cruise showed that i was only getting 36.6 miles per gallon when cruising at a constant 80...this seems low...any thoughts or other maps any could suggest.

I also can send dale's map to anyone that needs it...i can pull it off the pciii

I have a variety of maps I collected from somewhere 3 years ago.... don't know all the authors. Should we post them somewhere in FAQ, or ??? The file sizes are very small.

I believe all (or at least 'most') of the latest PC III maps can be found on the Power Commander web page and down loaded for free.

Someone will have to host them as this forum doesn't have file upload capability (at least none that I'm aware of).

I also have a very good custom map for first gens. It is much better than the Wally map from a rideability standpoint, at least it is on my '05. I'd be willing to share that too.

As far as mpgs go, I generally get around 40-42 depending on how much I twist the happy hand. But this time of year I always lose a few mpgs as they bring in the dreaded winter fuel mixture, and then I'm getting pretty much what you are. Based on my last few tanks I'd have to say the winter fuel has already arrived.

YMWV :p

Turn off the accelerator pump feature. It's a known gas sucker.

Skooter ..thanks for the info, will do. Even though this bike has a full exhaust and dale's map for the full exhaust, when i pulled the mufflers the were very carbon fill...i knew the damn thing was running rich!

Fred W....could i get a copy of that map your talking about...even though it is not for a full system i have a feeling it will work...thanks

I also thought there were maps on file for all to grab somewhere? say there is in the gen I bin o facts section

PM sent

Thanks Fred...tried your friends map...feels pretty good. I turned off the excel pump feature off...after a day of mix riding i came back with 41.5 mpg's...not bad or is it? Also i have wally's map if anyone needs it..it is on one of the other FJR sites.

No, 41-42 mpg is about what I get. It does vary some depending on... well, many factors, but I can live with that mileage as it gives me a pretty reliable 250 mile range per tank, as long as it feels as smooth as it does and has none of the lean surge.
