I accidentally posted on the wrong forum, so here goes again. I just installed the Dynojet Power Commander on my '05 FJR that has Two Brothers slip-ons. Is the Wally map for stock bikes only or will it work on my bike? Thanks for your input,Roger. (Timan)

I have it on my '03 with Dale Walker Holeshots. Made a tremendous difference. I don't think the exhaust is as relevant to that map as to others, as the map is not for max output.

There is no wrong questions. Everyone does it rounnd here till the figure things out. It's all good! :D

I did the search Wally smooth map site: fjrforum.com and got the above post.

How does one obtain a copy of the Wally smooth map?

when you load the maps into the software usually in the foot notes it will tell you just what the map is for :ie

Im running Wallys on my 06 AE

I just installed a K&N last night and changed the map to another Wallys that showed this in ths foot note

FJR 06

K&N Airfilter

Stock Exaust

O2 sensor disconnected

Do the Wally Maps work on GenII?

UH Timalan, In the post right above yours I just explained that Im running wallys on an 06ae, so unless they made an exception for me and I got the 06 gen 1 model?
Ha, I missed that.... Damn me! where did you get it. I tried a link on FJR Tech site and It told me no such linky worky.

you really aren't reading the replies. are you?

i gave a link in post #6 that takes you to a page with it downloadable from there (at the bottom).

FWIW, I have a lock stock '05 that had the lean surge blues. I first tried the Barbarian Jumper and +7 on each channel. No Joy. Then bought PCIII and installed with stock DynoJet map. Nope. Tried Wally's Smoothness map. Nyet. Played about with combining the PCIII with the Barbarian Jumper and various maps on the PCIII. Started pulling my hair out.

Then... I received a copy of a "custom" map from one of the forumites that had his map generated on a dyno with the expressed desire of fixing the lower rpm lean surge (not drag racing).

Queue heavenly music... It is the best by far.

Because I have no rights to this map I cannot redistribute it. But the forumite's name is jstewart and he may be willing to share it again.

Yes thank you, I did read it. I made a false assumption that is was the place I had been previously. I didn't even use the link.

But I will now.
