Want to Buy: smallest FJR windshield available for 2007

For my 2007 FJR: Looking for the smallest stock (or other) windshield that someone might want to get rid of. The one on my bike is about 20" wide at the widest point (small flare points on each side) x about 20 1/2 inches top-to-bottom (at mount) measured on the inside.

I have had the pleasure of riding my '06 without any screen at all several times - it is very smooth and quiet (though the pressure on my helmet at high speeds is pretty high). How about just taking it off altogether/

A few people have taken the stock one and cut it down to make a "shorty." Finding used OEM shields is easy here.

A member was GIVING away 2 shields for the cost of shipping, one was stock.

I have a stock shield that I painted black if you're interested PM me.......I'm sure you can take off the black paint if you don't like it.

A jig saw will work.

You can also take it to a glass shop and have them cut it.

If you cut your OEM shield using a jig-saw, use the very lowest speed possible, and lots of masking tape, (the blue stuff). That lexan or whatever it is can overheat and crack at the edges. Make the cut larger than you want the finished cut, then sand the edge down to size with a rasp, followed by increasingly fine sand paper.
