Wanting a Valkyrie Interstate

I sold my jade-green beautiful Valk Tourer to get my 06 FJR. I LOVED that Valkyrie. It was so smooth, fun to ride.

* It is the Only bike I have had where someone offered to buy it at a stop light!

* More questions and compliments than any other bike

* If you want to ride what your buddies ride - get an HD; if you wanna ride a unique cruiser, get a Valkyrie! It's worth it.

* If I could have any two bikes, I'd have the FJR, and buy that 98 Jade Green Tourer back from that tourist. ;-)

My buddy with a Valkyrie tells me that it will pass everything but a GAS station.

more torque than the fjr

less hp iirc

more weight

equally-skilled and determined riders... what d'ya wanna bet about it passing an FJR? R1?

The Harley edged out the Valkryie, but apparently just barely and possibly with reasons that would make little difference (ie better stereo, winshield). Valkryie apparently had better pillion ergos.
