Warmth

My daughter is in school at UWE in Bristol and was complaining about the heat on the 6th when I talked to her. I reminded her that she was born in the San Fernando Valley, just north of LA proper, where summer temperatures where much warmer and she didn't seem to mind. Didn't go over too well.

I'll be the first to admit that I had to lookup UWE Bristol to learn it was in Old Blighty, somewhere called Gloucestershire.

Being from "New Blighty", I can relate to her rapid acclimation to realistic humankind temperatures.

(Pasty) White folks were never designed to operate well at high ambient temps. If you've seen pics of my legs you know I can challenge Bungie on that front. Floridians and Texans are anomalies, but really, generally they do not stay pasty white all that long if they stay there.
