Richard, I would recommend you bring filters etc. with you! I just attended Auburn's Tech Day and with his advise bought the things I needed for my valve check, and cam chain tensioner (blue dot) from Cyclepartswarehouse.com! I also purchased oil filters from them, at 7.80 US. a piece so I bought 10. Here they are 22.00 Cdn. at Vernon Motor sports. Our dollar difference is less that .02 so you can see why I bought so many. Just sayin.Mark
Update! It looks like the PO of Vernon Motor Sports put a little mark-up into his accessories? The new owner is creating his new prices to reflect the less expensive parts list now that Yamaha Canada is no longer. Everything in Canada now comes from Yamaha USA!

I don't need a motel room, I'm only a short ride from Winfield. I will pop down for a visit though. Is there a rally point where we will meet?

We're typically kicking tires in the hotel(s) parking lot or having refreshments in the bar...Most folks will arrive Thursday afternoon.

Thanks G! See you there.

Harry
Hey Harry.

If I'm back from the UK in time maybe we can have that coffee.

Al.
Sounds good Al! I look forward to meeting you. Maybe Mark & I will pop up to the Loops soon!

Cheers, Harry

Reservations made at the Lake Country Inn, add me and the SO to the list Richard.
Looking forward to another adventure across the border!

George, I don't suppose that you would be interested in crossing the border with me after what happened last year? I am thinking of coming up for a day or so, because it is a long wait until my trip to Colorado in July and I have a need for a long ride.

George, Steve and I have our ferry booked from Nanaimo to Horseshoe Bay. We get into Horseshoe Bay at 12.20PM and will be heading to Kamloops Via Whistler.

Sure, I'm always up for another border crossing adventure! But... the SO and I are heading up on Wednesday and spending the night in Whistler. Easy ride in on Thursday over some fun roads!

I was just funnin ya, george. I wouldn't want to put you through another wait for me to prove I am not a bank robber or murderer. I may see you in whisler, haven't decided my route up there yet.

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I need help. I received my new, ugly yellow license plate last week, but a registration document was not included. What was included was a "Notice of Transaction Submitted" receipt. I purchased the bike April 26, but it was not received or at least stamped until May 28. I paid cash for the motorcycle so I called Oregon Dept of Motor Vehicles to inquire when I could expect the title and registration documents and was told that I probably wouldn't receive them until June 25. I have reservations in Canada on June 20 and 21. The person at Motor Vehicles told me I probably couldn't get into Canada without the registration.

Maybe somebody can help me with this. I have that Transaction document, and my Temporary Motorcycle permit and a receipt from the dealer. Any help would be appreciated.
