Newish member from Crescent City here. Might consider including any tent camping options. I know June can be iffy ️, but I’ve always enjoyed camping off the bike!

Once I get the hotel nailed down, I'll see what I can find for camping options nearby for those nutjobs, um, I mean, bravehearted folk who want to sleep outdoors.

Yup but it's about 5 miles from where the hotel (hopefully!) will be which, if folks want to imbibe, could be an issue. There are a few other places that are within walking distance from my initial Googling... to each their own. There's lots of tire kicking and tall tales told in the hotel parking lot at these events and it often is the highlight of the gathering... well, other than riding amazing roads!

So the hotel I was going to go with just informed that I had to sign a contract and put down MY personal credit card to guarantee the number of rooms in the block instead of a courtesy block where they hold the rooms until 45 days before the event and then release them. Love y'all but no way I'm going to be financially responsible for 30 hotel rooms. The second choice hotel was higher price ($139-179/night plus tax) but they would set up the courtesy block for me and were nice to deal with. There are cheaper hotels but, based on the reviews I've seen on several different travel websites, I personally wouldn't want to stay at any of them (i.e. you get what you pay for). So unless someone has some incredible deal at a decent (i.e. no bed bugs, nasty stains on the sheets, druggies in the parking lot, etc.) hotel in the Fort Bragg area, I'll set up with the second choice hotel on my list.

Hi Jim and welcome! I'll post some routes before the event to give folks some choices of where to ride. Folks usually show up on Thursday and hang out in the parking lot with chit chat and a little adult libation enjoyment. The next two mornings, depending on what route you choose and who you may have connected with the night before, you go ride and have a great day. On Saturday evening, there will be a group dinner somewhere (still working on that!). Sunday everyone flies to the winds to their respective destinations.
