No, the masses bick(er) the location. The good folks hosting the event and working diligently to make it happen decide where. Any of us can put something on and invite whomever we please, but one needs to be well-established and respected in the right circles to get the big players to show up, thereby creating a national meet.

I was under the impression that the venue was "leaning" towards Colorado and I was personally HOPING it would end up in Colorado. (Even if that IS further away from me now than Reno) As for where is actually ends up, I don't care... just as long as the same kick-*** people show up that went last year. I didn't care much for Reno, but I had one hell of a good time. Colorado Rockies would... well... ROCK!... that's all. :yahoo:

On another note, I have the UTMOST respect for those who put on WFO-5 and wouldn't ask for anything different. It is only right that they pick the venue based on availability, perks, personal preferences, convenience, etc. So, ya'll let us know, because if you organize it... we will come!

Possibly, but trying to articulate and maintain this distinction of points when most people have about a 4 post attention span........the message often gets overwhelmed.

Best to stick with what we know.

There likely will be a WFO-6.

It likely will be in the end of July....possibly July 26-29.

Venue has not been decided. Colorado is a possiblity along with several other states.

If the people hosting the event know who they are, it shouldn't be a big jump for them to say where the possible locations are , other than CO possibility.... I won't ask again who "they" are....
