What does diet Coke do for a Margarita???????

I also make Cuba Libres, as well as many other cocktails. Ten years ago I went to Bartending School here in Arizona and got State Certified as an AZ Licensed Bartender, I was going to buy my own Tavern until I did enough detailed research to talk myself out of that business proposition! Turns out owning a Bar is like being a Dairyman, you can never leave it!
