There's more to that story. I would like to hear it before I pass judgement either way. No doubt rider was being a ******* riding 100mph in a city environment, but it's entirely possible the trooper's adrenaline got the better of his judgement and the "tried to run over the trooper" is an over-reaction to his own mistakes.

Just saying that was extremely limited information and there's all kinds of possible scenarios.................
