I can only hope that my ride looks and works as well as this FJ in 26 years....yeah, it's an '84...

I had an 86FJ1200 for 8 years and put 50k miles on her. We had alot of good times. I wish I still had her to park next to the FJR. It is a timeless machine. But I love the FJR even more. Here are pics of the old and new.

While I was building up my street bike experience for two years on a 2003 Honda Silverwing, (600cc scooter)I was looking for a bigger bike to eventually graduate to.

For two years, I threw my leg over every two wheeled machine imaginable. It came down to either an ST1300 or the FJR. Five years and 35k miles later, I have no regrets picking the FJR.

Thanks! You don't know how sad I get when I see that picture and wish I had never sold her. She would look good keeping the FJR company in the shed. I original gave her to my brother but he never rode it and ended up giving her back to me. He was to cool to ride that kind of bike. He ended up buying a R6. So I let her go. If you truely love a motorcycle and set her free will she come back to you? LOL
