Hmmmmmmm, what a conundrum. If you own a motorcycle and a flag and are a member of the PGR does that mean you are no longer a member of the general public?.....Interesting dilemma and I'm sure its not the first time something like that has come up. Good luck with that Toe, because I'm sure that there is going to be some more fur flying before the dust settles.
