I did a research and ask the saleman at the dealer. Its actually a pressure sensor that detects a passenger rider. The signal being sent to the ECU adjusts the throttle control, suspension, fuel mixture and your bladder.

Hey the guy had a question! Come on mega posters, help!

Is reentry a $1.50 word?

Next....
His question was already answered. Besides, he included all the pertinent info, posed a unique question and even spelled 'parallel' correctly. How can I bust on a guy given those facts? He gets a by from me.

Good job, noob! :good:

no no no no no no no no..................

They are vortex generators for the optional mini-AMRAAM launchers that are still under development at Edwards AFB. Primary targets are left lane bandits, elderly, ANY HD, and anti-destination league charter members. But you didn't hear it from me............

There is a flat chrome plate mounted on both sides of my 2007 FJR just behind and parallel to the passenger's foot pegs. They are about 1 inch by 2 inch and seem to have no practical use. What ARE they used for?
Thanks?

Actually, they're meant to be used for makin breakfast when ur campin' out..... One side is for the flapjacks (or eggs) and the other for the sausage. Just start 'er up and warm her up to "two bars" and start cookin..... If you want toast and hash browns, a second FJR is required...

Now why did you go and do that, according to the original post, it comes chromed from the Yammy Factory.

Double chrome????!!!

Mark

Ok, Ok, Ok. I knew I would get monkey pilled for asking but I DID search around before I posted and did not find anything.
