This is a house that was recently completed a couple of miles away from me. It is owned by the former owner of HUMMER, Ira Rennert. The house is over 100K square feet, took 3 years to build, and has a 120 car garage along with a few other "ameneties" to make life bearable. Pan around the property from the ocean beach to the property entrances and you can only imagine how much he has invested here  ......Its good to be the king.

Ira's House

A little different than My House

I like your house better. Is that a guest quarters in back with the garage?

Yes, both Ira and I do have guest quarters above the garage. Coincidentally mine houses a Brit who is in this country as a "guest worker" and Ira's houses his "guest workers" also...We have more in common than I thought.

But Axeman if you lived there imagine all the grass you would have to cut!

Look on the bright side Axeman, at lest you don't need a GPS to find the bathroom.
There are 39 of them in the main house, I don't forsee that as being a problem

Here is another shot of it across the field.

An old friend of mine who I see a few times a year is one of his pilots who flys him around in his Gulfstream G4. He says he is a great guy to work for.

FLHX,

If your buddy rides, tell him to look me up the next time he is around and we can take a spin together. I've got a VFR he can borrow in a pinch. A good friend of mine flys a Falcon out of that same small airport and he is a biker also and would join us I'm sure.

He doesn't ride Axeman...Just flys. If we get a decent day I'll give you a shout though, I don't winterize any of my scoots

It is not real pretty, IMO. But i would love to have access to the garage! :evilsmiley03:
