A buddy has been tinkerin with his ol KZ750, so I dug out an ol 80 model KZ1000.

It hasn't run since maybe 1990?

29mm Mikuni smoothbores. No new gaskets or anything,just stinky Berrymans carb soak on the jets an floats...

Old battery out of my KLR...

Gotta luv those frames made from recycled water pipes.

Back in the day I had a friend that rode the 750 and everytime he wheelied the thing the frame would take a big twitch and head for the ditch.

That old bike hasn't had an airbox on it since about May of 1978, about a month after my uncle bought it new.
