Once you stand up the tank and are looking at the top of the Throttle Bodies, twist the throttle a few times looking at the 'axle' that connects them all, it should be pretty easy to see what's what at that point. when you unhook the little tab from the latch, the spring will move REALLY fast and you won't think it worked until you try the throttle afterwards.
Yours is new, so you probably won't have this problem but once I did mine I had to clean the inside of the throttle tube and clean/lube the cables, they caused so much drag that the throttle rolled back off, rather than snapped closed like it should.
all's well now, I can't believe Yamaha doesn't ship these things like that.
