Where is it and when is it ?

I tryed to Google this rally, but I just don't have enough information. There is a rally that concerns itself with finding a hamburger place in a very rural area in MO or IA, I think. It has been getting more popular every year, so I know someone here on the foum at least knows of it, and very probably attented this event. Thanks, J.D.
