Great suggestion!Anderson Powerpoles are nearly ubiquitous in the amateur radio community.Thank you! I didn't know they exist. After reading about the connectors, it looks like they are much better and are available in every configuration possible. I'll order some to play with.A good alternative to SAE connectors are Anderson Powerpoles. https://www.powerwerx.com/anderson-powerpoles/powerpole-sets/ These are often used in high current applications (i.e. electric model aircraft) and are available for very high current applications.

Saw that they have a 'watt meter' that can measure almost everything. I may get one.
