when all the other roads in Kent are deserted. I had to cancel my weekend in Wales so I had to play in my backyard. Here's a short video of my return from Romney Marsh after a quick circuit of Dungeness

It could be the camera's wide-angle lens, I guess, but I feel you were moving pretty damn fast for such narrow roads

Were Kent's finest all having a cuppa at the same time?

I guess I was around the national limit (60 MpH) most of the time although on some of the open stretches I pushed it a little further but well within the limits I was taught on a Met Police organised advanced rider course on the same roads a couple of years ago :) Some of the other roads in the area are a joy to ride with sight-lines through several corners where you can really follow the Police philosophy of curb to curb riding. And the local finest were all at Brands Hatch, hopefully.

I have other lenses (and mounts) on order for the cameras which may improve the look of future videos. I'm off to Corsica in June so hopefully I'll be set-up properly by then.

Nice roads, great fun until the tractor pulls out. Police training or not, theres not much you can do at those speeds.

You missed a day of great racing at Brands, off and running to another great season.
