This ride has had so many malfunctions and cruel turns that it seems to be the perfect learning experience.

To share a few:

GPS' cradle mount has a broken prong- all routes, fuel stops, addresses are in my trunk "Locked away"

Did not get my hair cut- very long hair,

Left ear burst- earaches are incredibly bad.

I have an ever- changing valve sweet spot on my fuel shut off.

New boots, new to me helmet, new heated jacket

....

My back is telling me enough of this!

Cold weather to come...

The bike is running well though!

Rain and cold the whole ride, then I hit 37a and everything turned sweet!

Scare at the corner of highway 37, sign said 37- open. 37a- closed.... All was well though!

Leaving tomorrow am- I think I will drop straight south and return to Hyder, AZ on I-5 (?)
