My grammar and writing skills suck--it's true. But I stand by my magnificent attempt at condescension--with all due respect, you sir are IN MY OPINION an ***** running a car tire on a motorcycle. I know this issue has been debated endlessly on this and other forums, but in the end the combination of car tires and motorcycles is (or should that be "are", please correct) IN MY OPINION unsafe.

As a professional motorcycle trainer (not MSF based training) and contract provider for all branches of the military when riders show up for advanced motorcycle training riding a bike equipped with either race tires, or automotive tires are not allowed to participate because it IN MY OPINION just plain unsafe.
Fixed it for ya! :glare:
My he is quite full of himself isn't he. I am also very impressed that he is a Professional at least in his own mind.

Boyz will be boyz!!! Probably not the best choice of words on this forum BUT, who am I to judge.

You guys are both right....I guess. The car tire surely looks like **** and would definetely outlast any MC tire; and that is surely the first reason one would install it on on FJ.

But I'm sure that in the handling department, the usual MC rear would be the ultimate in cornering, asphalt hugging field. I'm sure one would not scrape foot pegs with a "darksider"!

If you do, I want 'freakin' pics, or vid.

and plz Howie, with all do respect, don't check my grammar...my father was a HS teacher and has been looking at my writting all my life! Can't handle it anymore. HARRR !!!
