The specs say:...will be equipped with a different engine for the North American market. Maybe that'll make it all worth it...??

The one shown has a relatively low-hp 660cc four with turbocharger and intercooler. Wonder why we won't get that one? Any ideas? What kind of motor do you think the North American market needs vis-a-vis the European market?

The question arises with respect to the original FJR being a "European" model m/c (that Yamaha/Cypress didn't want to import) -- but, some folks wanted.

Is Carver (also) struggling with the European/American conundrum? :huh:
