Just when the roads were clearing off enough to take a short ride, in comes a new weather front. 4 to 8 inches (of snow) predicted for today. Probably 3 to 4 on the ground already and still just a white out. Oh well, looks like a while before my next ride. jr

Somebody forgot to tell KY that it is winter. I just got back from a night ride. It's 56 degrees, clear skies. Tomorrow it will be 59, and 66 on Sat.

Normal temps for this time of year is 20-40.

What, you find oil rigs ugly? WTF? Yous sum kinna tree hugger or sumpin'? They are beautiful things to behold and produce a wonderful tonic meant to keep my ride going. I'm lobbying to have the Feds release more oil leases out there! Hell, they even put Christmas lights on the suckers! You against Christmas, too?

Winter?................it's 70 and sunny here today, 75 and sunny tomorrow and 76 and sunny Sunday Riding to Alabama tomorrow to check on Pop and see how he is doing and returning home Sunday, got to wear my winter gear though.......my Joe Rocket mesh

On a side note, changed my oil last night in prep for the trip this weekend, took all of about 10 minutes, luv my feejer :yahoo:
