Since the block is triggered with a fused relay does anyone see a problem wiring the Troller and the grips straight to the power block?

+1 what SLK said.

I wired my symtec grip heaters directly to the PC8 (on the switched side)....I've been very happy with it.

I really like eastern beaver hardware. Jim makes nice stuff!

Was looking at the symtech grip heaters. How do they work, which switch did you go with?

I used Symtechs wired through a Heatroller. I wired the "high" cicuit only

but if I had the chance to do it again, I would connect both circuits

( through the Heatroller, of course ) to get more heat.

On high they are warm in all but severe conditions but I do

occaisionally find myself riding long stints in sub-freezing temps

and wish I had just a bit more than the one circuit provides.

Nope. Will work fine. I wired my Symtech heated grips to the heat troller and the heat troller right to the factory heated grip wiring harness (blue wire). Works great and plenty of heat.
