Fencer
Why yes, I am a Smart ***
I guess that will teach me to crash.
From my getoff in early Feb link, I have learned several things.
Gear is good
gravel is not
just cause the repair shop is "authorized" does not mean they know what they are doing
Take your bike to a place you trust, not a "recommended" place
A broken frame does not mean a new bike (I wish it did)
new sales come first
Its a good thing I decided not to go to Nafo, cause I may(still) be FJRless that weekend.
Long story short. After my repair center fixed my bike twice and it was still screwd up.
I took it to D&H a few 5 weeks ago (spring fling weekend in Ark April 26) And they have not yet touched it. I know they will get it right WHEN the get around to it, but this sucks. I have missed half a year. After speaking with Gerald, "they are too busy assembling all the new bikes they have sold, to work on other stuff at the moment"
I understand business, you go where the money is, but it doesn't make me any happier. I've missed half a riding year already. At this rate of the bike staying parked, Brundog is gonna catch me.
At least I am hitting the track one a month. This month is Nashville, Last month was Road ATL, prior was Barber and little Tally.
That leave Roebling Road next. My goal is to hit all tracks in 4 hours of the house this summer.
