Breaking news: Santa Claus cited in front of one Michael H. Oliver, of Metairie, LA near New Orleans. The charge is failure to maintain control of a two wheeled vehicle. Mr. Oliver was seen helping Santa off his motorcycle and righting the Harley Davidson loaded down with much gear and luggage. His only comment was..., quote "oh crap Santa, you low sided in my front lawn and there's tire tracks and a trail of oil over my inflatable Frosty the snowman.
