Been an owner for a week and all I can say is...WOW! What an incredible machine. I put a 186 miles on yesterday, got 49 mpg, was comfortable, had FUN, FUN, FUN and didn't want to stop riding and come home. Best bike I've ever owned. What else can I say. Oh yeah, GREAT forum and info. Glad to be a new member. Geezer

Hello and welcome. I feel the same as most do on this forum, this is a great bike. As always if you ever get a wild hair to take a long trip to Alaska look me up. Have fun and stay safe.

One word of caution. There is a serious virus that you stand a good chance of catching by owning this bike and visiting this forum. It's called farklelitis, and it's not known to be fatal (unless it pushes your spouse over the edge).

Currently there is no known cure. :yahoo:

Enjoy the new ride.

It only gets better!

Welcome to the insanity club, Geezer. We're all nuts in here about this bike.... and some of us are just nuts period. You have an awesome machine. Get your farkle list ready cuz if that bug hasn't bitten you yet it will do so very soon. When I receive a package at work now my co-workers know it's stuff for my bike. So they bring me the package and watch me open it. They must be into bike-farkle-voyerisum. But who cares...I'm the one with the sweet ride.

Oh, geez..........clash of the jackasses........and no greek mythology knowledge is needed.

Welcome Geezer! One of my favorite rides is hwy 410 over chinook and then into Wenas Rd and up Canyon Rd to E-burg... right in your neck of the woods. Give those roads a try if you haven't already.
