Had a ****oo... does anyone have a left hand mirror sitting on the shelf not getting used since you changed to FZ1 mirrors? Would you like to get some $$$ for that unused mirror?

TIA brothers & sisters, Heidi

(Insert Mr. Bill voice) Oh Nooooo!

Heidi, that totally stinks.

If you're issue isn't too bad and you can wait until you're in NE, I should have my FZ-1 mirrors and have them installed by them, so I could prob. work out a deal with ya, and then the Geez could astound us all by pulling a couple tools out of his pockets and replace it in a blur (am I not the only one that can see him doing this?).

I ordered the mirrors last Friday, so I'm just waiting for them to arrive.

I do charge extra to clean bug carcasses off first though.

Hi John... it is John, right?

I do believe that idea works great for me. You can leave the bugs... they'll look good in contrast to the scuffs. I'll be riding up on my steed that is cosmetically challenged. Only for a little while, though.

Thanks man!

Heidi

I'll have the tools at the ready. :)

I'll be installing FZ1 mirrors on my bike when the FedEx dude drops them off tomorrow. Unfortunately, both of my FJR mirrors are damaged so I can't offer them up.

Hi Geez, perhaps we can do the install over a few cold ones?

I have a left hand mirror that you can have for free!!! well........just cover the shipping and it's yours. It has a couple of very minor nicks that a bit of touch up paint should take care of. I will be in Myrtle beach at the end of this month and can FedEx it up to you from there. Should be less than $10 easy. Let me know.

Yeah Nut, I ain't happy, either.

Matt, the mirror that I need is for a gen 1. It doesn't have any paint. Thank you anyway sir. I am going to take John up on his offer, Heidi

It is for a Gen I......from a 2003 to be exact. When I said "touch up paint", I was referring to the black paint on the aluminum portion of the mirror. Sorry for any confusion. No worries on this one, I am sure someone may need one down the road.

Cheers,

Matt

Oh, gotcha'! I was thinkin' you were thinkin' Gen 2. Thanks so much. I do appreciate the offer, Heidi

Heidi, am I to understand you'll be heading up the I95 corridor sometime soon?

Lemme know, I have both sides here doing nothing. You could do a pitstop in Jersey and keep going to your destination.

Randy, my tentative plans are to head up to Jersey on Wednesday night, stay at my best friend's house & finish my ride up to NY on Thursday morning. Jmarran has been kind enough to offer me a lefty & he's doing the same ride that I'm doing.

I thank you very, very much for your offer sir, Heidi
