consider getting your current stock shock completely rebuilt with all new internals and a spring and damping to match your weight and style of riding

there are members who might send a spare shock for rebuild they have, and then you later install that shock and send your current stock one back to the other owner...that way you (we) don't have to have the bike unridable for additional time
