So a while back, the lock cylinder came out of my bike. I was fortunate to save all the pieces except for the bolts to hold the locking bracket on. Now that I have the bolts, I can't find the stupid bracket to attach to the lock cylinder. Maybe I never found that part, I'm not sure anymore. Don't see it on that particular part on BikeBandit.

The right saddlebag is what I'm talking about, though I don't think the side makes a difference. Not even sure if it being a Gen II does, but I'll cover my basis.

Any help is appreciated. I know one thing is for sure, Loctite is going on these bolts when I get it back together.

Prolly can't just buy that piece..Might be fairly easy to make one out of strap iron using the one you have as a model..

I should have one - I have my two bags from when I got tagged by a car earlier this year . . . let me see if I can take one apart tomorrow

That is included with the locking cylinder. Not sure how much to buy new but prolly too much!

You may find a used one (from VanHarlan for example) but it's value would likely be the same as a complete lock assembly as the cylinder is pretty much useless without it. Luckily used parts often get passed on for next to nothing among our forum friends! :D

Sorry Bro' . . . looked at them today . . the dealer stripped those parts off when they switched the locks cylinders over to the new bags . . .

I have a spare left saddlebag that came complete with lock and key that I can't imagine I will use (the lock part, that is)..... just to confirm exactly what piece you're looking for, can you post a picture (or send me PM).

I had the same problem, lost the screws, $84 for the locking cylinder from the dealer. I saved my tab though, and bought the screws at the hardware store for $0.11
