As for Sirius. Get one of these for ~$50.

It comes with a magnetic mount antenna, a vehicle dock (which you will need to figure out how to mount) - I mounted it to a Techmount, but I think you can mount it to a RAM ball mount also.

The good thing about this unit is that it is inexpensive, works great, and it supports A La Carte mode - which means for $8/month I get more channels than I would ever listen to.

One thing I did do was to replace the stock antenna with an aftermarket high gain Sat. antenna - not because there was anything wrong with the stock antenna, but because I didn't want to deal with the long antenna cable.

This setup has been on my bike for ~19,000 miles, over highways, backroads, goat trails, dirt roads, moderately heavy rain (inside bag type rain cover) etc. No issues and still works just like new.
