WTB: studs and nuts for handlebars on Gen 2 bikes

I need the 2 studs with nuts, that attach the bars to the triple clamp. They are covered by the bolt-on dust covers on the Gen 2 bikes.

Thought maybe somebody might have them around after an aftermarket addition.

I'd also consider buying a used upper triple clamp with out bars, if all the bolts were with it.
