WTB Windshield "W" Damage to tabs OK

I've got one with the tabs broken, but I have to ask, what in the world do you want one for?
I cut a windshield for my 06 FJR. Rather than cut all the little holes for the "W", I just thought I would fasten it on in a more simple way, maybe even with velcro.
