I currently own a Blue 2008 Buell Ulysses XB12XT

3300 miles

Mint condition

Buell Garmin GPS

Three Piece Buell Factory Luggage

Heated Grips

From the factory this bike is great... except for the wind protection, fueling, and exhaust note. Which I have fixed.

I found an adjustable windshield bracket in the UK from Palmer Products which is black powder coated with the Hand Adjustment option and the screen baffle.

I also installed the large Palmer Products windshield.

I found a company called Drummer that makes a slip on muffler that increases the low and midrange power w/o sacrificing top end... and a mean sounding exhaust note. (Not obnoxious...just throaty and mean.)

I also found a kit by American Sportbike that bypasses the re-breather out of the air intake.

And I went to Erik Buell Racing to get a ECM specifically tuned to my specific set-up.

For some extra comfort I added foam grips, hand guard extensions, and a Kaoki Throttle lock w/ Bar End Weights.

And the bike has Michelin P3's with less than 1000 miles on them.

I will be including all of the stock parts I have replaced, a case of Amsoil V-Twin Oil, 8 quarts of Harley Primary + Fluid, four Wix Oil filters, K&N re-charge kit, a Service Manual, and the Buell specific tools I have for the bike.

I may consider including 2 Pitbull Stands I store the bike on.

I am interested in a 2nd Gen FJR for trade.

The owner of Chick's Harley Davidson had one of these when they first came out. He rode it at the dealer intro and liked it so much he bought it.

It was a cool bike. I wonder if I could put knobbies on it.

I owned an XT for a while till Buell quit and I sold out. Nice bike, too bad the MoCo chose to wholesale remaining stock. That move killed the used bike prices. I'd a been pissed if I had bought new at full price the week before (like some folks did). Lucky for me I had stolen mine and made out OK.

I will accept $8,500

This bike is in better than new condition.

I have very methodically tuned this bike to be the ultimate XB12XT.

I am including $3532.50 in extras with receipts.

The stock foundation includes:

*Hi/Lo/Off Heated Grips

*Two 12v Power Outlets

*Large Removable Saddle Bags and Trunk

*Garmin Factory Buell GPS & Buell GPS Mount

I will start with the upgrades from the windshield to the tires.

Wind Shield:

*Palmer Products Tall Clear Windshield

*Palmer Products Adjustable Windshield Bracket w/ Tool-less Adjustment Option, Brace Kit, and Black Powder Coating

*Palmer Products Black Powder Coated Screen Baffle

Handle Bars:

*Kaoko Throttle Lock w/ included Bar End Weights

*Case of Amsoil 20W-50 Advanced Synthetic Motor Oil (12 quarts)

*4 WIX Oil Filters

*7 Quarts of Harley Davidson Formula+ Primary Fluid

*K&N Filter Re-Charge Kit

$6995 would be a very fair price for one with 17,600 miles on it and no upgrades.

However the dollar value of the upgrades and extras coming with the bike (not including tax or shipping) is $3,549.50.

And I'm including $200 in oil and filters

The highway peg bracket and windshield assembly I had to find in the UK.

If we took the KBB value of those items at 35% we would be at $1242.33

This bike only having 3300 miles and not 17,600 is worth something as well.

$6,995.00 KBB bike value

$1,242.00 KBB acc value

$500.00 for low miles

$8737.33 is a fair price

I am asking $8500

This really is a great deal.

And we all know this is a special bike.

I'm saving you 75% off of accessories you would get anyway and your oil and filters for a year.

The Pitbull Stands alone were $350.

And she is barely broke in.

$8,500 or trade for a 2nd Gen FJR

Sorry I didn't include this info to begin with... I was more interested in a trade than selling for cash.

Hope that clears things up for everybody.
