I've had a few experiences with kneedraggers.com, and none have been good. It appears that they have excellent advertised prices, and it also appears that they may eventually be able to deliver your order at those prices, so those are both good points. However, based on the limited ordering experience we have had, dealing primarily with high dollar motorcycle chain, they do not always have inventory to ship, and they may even be drop shipping after the order, rather than shipping from their own stock. Because of the confusion about inventory, we were unable to get accurate estimates of shipping dates (the shipping date was always just another week away) and after a month of this we ended up buying from another supplier who actually had inventory and was able to ship with certainty. YMMV.

I've purchased my last 4 tires from kneedraggers.com. On each occasion, the tires arrived on or before the expected delivery date....each time within a weeks time. I have no affiliation with them...only decent experiences.

I too have had very negative experiences with kneedraggers.com. Even if they have the best price by a wide margin, I will never do business with them again.

Before the East Kentucky Trip, I needed a new visor. They definately had the cheapest price, but it was out of stock. I was told it would be 3-4 business days until in stock. 7 business days later, no stock, and only 3 business days left until my trip. I called and complained, they wouldn't do anything for me. They wouldn't even give me a full refund, they made me pay a restocking fee!

Ordered from another vendor and paid for 2nd day air. Not a cheap visor to say the least, but at least I had one!

Kneedraggers will see no more business from me.

I have bought stuff from them before and it was backordered and took a couple weeks then when it came it was the wrong product. They did pay for the shipping to return it and I got the right product 2 days later. I have heard several others complain about them so I stopped buying from them.

I've had great dealings with kneedraggers....then again I've only ordered knee sliders (Klucky Pucks) from them and recently discovered that I'm about 2 hrs away from the manufacturer of Klucky Pucks....guess I don't really need to go back, eh?

I had great dealings with Kneedraggers.com when I ordered my Axio backpack, laptop sleeve for the same and the Axio tankbag. They admitted that they get them directly from their distributor and then would ship to me (free due to the $ amount). However, I live a few miles from them and opted to pick them up. I browsed their inventory of clothing and ended up also buying a nylon insulated jacket. Everything came in quickly and they treated me nicely. I would definitely do business with them again.

Yea, they have very little in stock and depend on being able to order the items and get them shipped as soon as they receive them. That's frustrating, especially when you want the order as soon as possible. I have ordered items that were in stock and they were very quick with delivery. Best to call them and ask directly if they have it in stock.

Make that 5. found a 2 inch slice in my rear tire with less than 1000 miles on it. wasn't losing air, but, wasn't gonna risk it either. Again, received ahead of schedule...3 days from the time I ordered it.

I have tried to order from them twice. Each time, the items were on back order. Seems like they don't have much "in" stock items.

I've tried to order apparel from them twice. Neither was in stock.

I canceled both orders and found other vendors.

I saw a listing for them on the web, and, since they were only 5 miles from my house I decided to go find them to see what they had in stock (this was June 2006). At the time I was looking to buy a mesh jacket with a liner. After I found the store (iddy biddy sign) I spent 20 minutes going through the store looking to see what they had.

They don't seem to stock alot of inventory and told me if I bought something I owned it. Didn't quite like that, so I've spent my money elsewhere.

Last year, I'd ordered a windscreen for my CBR1100XX and paid using PayPal. a few days later, I received an e-mail message telling me that the item was on back order and would be available in approximately 3 weeks. Rather than wait, I requested a refund of my PayPal payment to them.

After waiting a few more days, I opened a dispute with PayPal. On the very next day, I received a full refund and a letter of apology.

Looking for an Arai Profile to fit my LO head, but not wanting to pay the prices. Shopped local, but the only thing I found out was what size I needed, as I couldn't find any colors/designs that I liked, and I really didn't like paying close to $600, plus $65 more for a darker shield!!!

Did a little internet work yesterday, found an 2XL Sinister Red, plus a Dark Smoke shield, delivered to the house for $410! No shipping, no freakin' sales tax, (I pay my share, elsewhere...), and easily for $250 less than it would have cost here in town, had I been able to find one. Their website told me what I wanted was in stock, and prodded me to purchase, by counting down the time I had left to order, to still get it shipped out by day's end. I ordered, got the confirmation back, and was very happy, as about 20 minutes of internet sleuthing saved me $250....

But wait! It gets better! I thought free shipping meant I would be getting the helmet sometime next week, because they sure weren't going to spend too much to get it to me, right? WRONG! I logged in to the site this morning, to check on the tracking number they gave me, and saw this:

OUT FOR DELIVERY

So not only did I save a bunch of money, the helmet was delivered at no charge in less than 24 hours! I can't say enough about the service, and will definitely use them again! :yahoo:
