I just wanted to share the wonderful customer service treatment I experienced from Duane of Premier Cycle Accessories link https://www.premiercycleaccessories.com/. I am the owner of an '04 FJR in Cerulean Silver. After seeing the beautiful stripe kits that Duane sells for the '06 and '07, which were posted here in color photos, I went to his website and saw a silver FJR with metallic black stripes. Not reading the fine print, I assumed the silver was like mine and ordered the kit online. The next day, after riding my bike, I looked at my fairing and realized it is totally different than the newer ones, and that the stripe kit would not work on my motorcycle. I emailed Duane and informed him of my ordering mistake, and asked for him to cancel the order. The next day I got the email confirmation that my order had shipped. I was a little bummed that I would have to pay shipping both ways and emailed Duane again explaining that I tried to cancel my order. He emailed me back, apologizing for not reading my email in time, and told me to destroy the order and he would refund my credit card for THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. I have to tell you, nobody has ever been this generous in remedying a mistake like this. Sooooooooooooo, I want to give major props to Duane for being so generous , and for having such good products, and encourage all you FJR riders to visit his website. He has really good stuff, and I am a little pissed that my bike can't have the stipe kit, I think it totally works on the newer bikes and makes them look as sporty as we all know they really are. To me, a perfect marriage- Hot motor, Great handling, and.....Racing stripes.

I also received great customer service from Duane and PCA. I ordered their large paint protection kit and an audio filter. I accidentally ordered 2 filters. I called Duane as soon as I noticed. My order was already packaged but he fixed the order before it went out.

I'll say I also had excellent customer service from Premier Cycle Accessories. I ordered some paint protectors, stripe kit, and 2 RAM arms. They only had 1 arm in stock, I got an email as soon as I placed the order with them apologizing for the back-order and assuring me the additional arm would be shipped as soon as it arrived. About a week later I received an email saying the arm was in and was being shipped out that day. Both orders generated USPS shipping confirmations via email, with tracking numbers.

I have to give Duane props as well. My 1st generation rack from him broke. Sent it back no questions asked for possible repair. When he couldn't re-weld it, he sent me a brand new one for no charge + new screws for my Helmet locks. The new rack is better than the first one as well.

If more dealers had service like this we wouldn't see so many of them going by the wayside. Way to go Duane!.

Duane really came through for me too. I wanted some stuff sent to me in a hurry the friday before Christmas he got it sent out the same day and i got it on the following Tuesday. GREAT SERVICE

Purchased the premier cycle sport rack and back rest for my FJR 09 and it fits great and the girl loves her backrest. Plate is as described, all metal, in black, heavy and sturdy. Fits using the three bolts on the back and back rest is easily removed with socket rench. 'nuff said?

I'm glad i purchased from the, it was easy and quick. 98% recommended.

I'm taking 2% off because the sport rack came with some foam that didnt want to remain stuck to the back of the sport rack. It is essential that you have that or your paint will suffer. When it's on the bike, bolted down, it's not a problem. It was only a problem when it was sitting off the bike, and it came off. If you are planning to leave it on, then you'll never have to worry about it =).

I got Dowco Iron luggage to go with it. They look nice, but havent used them yet.

I purchased a Givi top box,luggage rack,liener,admore lighting kit and Givi replacment plate.Everything was top notch as well as the survice from Duane.I would recomend them to anyone.

I scratched up my left saddle bag a few weeks ago and had to get it painted. Well, I forgot to take off the clear Surface Shield paint protector before I sent out the bag so I was in need of a replacement set. I originally purchased a set for my whole bike from Premier two years ago and while searching their website discovered that they weren't too far away in Mentor, OH...sounds like a good day ride! Anyway, I showed up there and inquired about purchasing a new set and was told that they didn't have any cut and it would take about 10 minutes if I didn't mind waiting (I probably should have called first). No problem as I needed a little break anyway. Well about 65.32 seconds later the gentleman (wish I would have gotten his name...I suck at that) comes back out from the back with a set explaining that they took it out of a set they were going to ship out so I wouldn't have to wait. Cool!

I know it's just a little thing, but it's another example that they know what customer service is. I'd recommend them to anyone.
