I needed to order a few different small items and wanted to order from one vendor so I wouldn't take a beating on the shipping expenses.

I needed a single cable for my Starcom1, and Ram mounting equipment for my other (non-FJR) bikes. Because they carry both Ram and Starcom1 (as well as lots of other great accessories), SpoiledBiker was a great choice. Prices are as good as any I have seen and shipping is via Priority mail, so cheaper and considerably faster than UPS on these small packages.

After I had placed my order and received an order confirmation back from them I realized I wanted to add one more Ram piece to the order. I sent them an email reply to the order confirmation email asking them to add that one item. Next thing I knew I received a shipping / tracking email from them, so I figured that I was too late.

To the contrary, I later got a phone message from Tammy at Spoiled Biker looking for some CC info to pay for the added item that she had already added and shipped to me! So, they had added my extra item and immediately shipped my package out before even getting the additional payment (they do not store CC info), so as not to delay my order, and at no added shipping cost. Now that is what I call customer service!!

I will certainly be doing business with them again.

Ordered a bunch of stuff from them right after I read your feedback on 11/17. Got a notice it shipped about 2 hours later. Recevied it in Tacoma on 11/19. No extra charge for the shipping.

Everything was as I ordered it. Excellent selection, price and service.

Thanks for the recommendation Fred W

I had some stuff I needed quickly before my trip to Americade. Since I'm on the east coast I wanted to use an east coast source to assure timely delivery. Called Tammy and she had the stuff boxed and in the mail within an hour. Good prices and reasonable shipping costs. Check them out.

Just adding that I too have placed several orders with SpoiledBiker over past months. Each and every time they have given excellent service and awesome delivery.

I've never had an issue with this place. Just recently I ordered the Helibar top clamp. The manufacturer was back ordered and they let me know right away. The clamp was shipped directly from Heli. On the Spoiledbiker webpage, if you ordered the Helibar, it was going to include a free RAM ball mount and free shipping. Since it came straight from Heli, no ball mount was included. I emailed Spoiledbiker and they sent it priority mail and I got it a couple of days later. No fuss! I've ordered several large ticket items from them and will continue to do so!

Update on my experiences with SpoiledBiker.com.

As noted here, I finally broke down a couple of weeks ago and ordered a Wire3 Bluetooth dongle adapter for my existing Starcom1 Advance intercom system. At $154 this was not an insignificant leap. As noted in post #1 of this thread, I have found that SpoiledBiker has great inventory availability on some of the neat gadgets and farkles that I want the most, and at the best prices around too. So I ordered the Wire3 device from them.

Also as noted in the above linked post, I was extremely disappointed in the audio performance of the Starcom1 Wire3 device. I contacted the manufacturer (Starcom1 in Great Britain) directly and they indicated that there was nothing that they could do for me. It is what it is, etc.

After mulling it over for a few days, I decided that I have no use for this thing at all and sent off an email to Spoiled Biker customer support requesting a refund. They responded today and said that they were sorry about my bad experience and would gladly give me a refund for the unit. I'll be shipping it back tomorrow.

This kind of superior customer service is what every seller (internet or otherwise) needs to maintain to get an edge. They will definitely be getting more of my farkle buying (obsession) business in the future.

Upgraded my original Starcom1 to a Digital unit via spoiledbiker.com. Great shop! Fielded all of my questions before I purchased; and my Saturday morning order arrived Monday afternoon. Can't beat that.

I tried to negotiate us a forum discount, but couldn't get it worked out in the end as the shop operator is not a forum member and other necessary but unfortunate forum policies. I recommend mentioning the forum when/if you order you might get lucky.
