I did see your atricle and looked up the site, however they listed the gps units that it will work on and the 276, which i have, was not listed. Now i may have missed something as i am not very knowledgeable about computers or gps's . Interesting site however.Mac,I have been trying to find a listing of Yamaha dealers as I would like to take it along with me when I am on a trip. Can anyone help me.

If you have a Garmin GPS - see the thread I did titled "GPS - How Come"? (Under Parts and Accesories)
Something I didn't know about but you can DL a list from Garmin and stick into your unit - VERY HANDY!!!
The web site i found will let you look up a dealer that is closest to you, but i want one for all the US when i travel.Doesn't the Yamaha web site have a Dealer Locator button on it??
Tom
That would be super if you want to do it. I just don't like the feeling . if something should go wrong , and i would have no idea where the closest dealer is. For example I have 5300 miles on my origional tires , they still look good and I am traveling out to Park City on them but it may just happen they will not get me home and I would have to get a new pair on the road.I can create a printable list of Yamaha dealers when I do the Garmin POI update on July 1st, if you'd like.
Many of us will appreciate it. Thanks. It's not a big problem. I'll post it here when it's ready.
I think this should be something that should be pinned in the Bin-o-facts. Not everyone has access to a GPS or like me has a GPS that will not upload the POI. I would think all FJR riders would be interested in where the dealers are instead of knowing where a few of them are. I know all travlers should have access to this information. It's not a big problem. I'll post it here when it's ready.
