Henrick over in Denmark needs a Yamaha plastic name badge for his saddle bag. When he bought the bike second hand the small Yamaha piece in the outside of the saddlebag was missing. If you have an extra or one that you are willing to part with, shoot me an e-mail with the price. Thanks Rich

See Doc, I've got this friend who has a, well, you know,,,,, a rash see, and I was just wondering, well ummmmmm.

C'mon Dr. Rich, really? A friend in Denmark? Did we maybe get a little to close to the garage door when we were putting the Feej away for the winter? Huh?

I think I have one but the cost to ship from California to Denmark is probably ridiculous? Lane breaking is legal (or at least it's not illegal) here in California. I got a little too up close and personal with the front fender on a Kenworth. No damage to the bike at all other than it popped that Yamaha logo right off. So I ordered 2. Still have the other.

I think you have been spending too much time on the back of O'Keeffe's bike!

I am going to be in Fairfield a week from Sunday...I know where you live!

A little masking tape over the emblem. Really Rich? You fly all the way to Europe, photoshop a saddlebag, throw your friend under the bus, all to cover up the fact that you were careless with your own Feej? Really?

BTW, I'm trying to embarrass OM in to making time for a little get together in your honor this weekend. He claims to be working too hard but, really, hard work/OM,,,, really? It's not like he works for the phone company or JuCo. <_< JSNS

I would love to get together....I think OM may be preoccupied with his new squeeze! You have noticed that he is absent from the Forum... I know he was trolling on the dating website "Illegal-Irish-Immigrants.com". I think he finally found someone that appreciates his twisted humor! Maybe he can get away for a few hours if he asks nicely.... Rich

Back on track.. I'm also in need of one of dem dealie do's.. As usual getting drunk and working on a bike isn't advisable.

I somehow lost half of the shielding under the tank, one small foam block, a shim, and a few screws. :dribble:

All my removable Yamaha branding will be available in the spring when I get a chance to work on my replacement bike. I love my FJR... I guess FJRs now... but Yamaha pissed me off early in my ownership so I strip all those little advertisements off. She looks better without them. 1/2" reflector tape replaces the saddlebag thingies nicely. ;)

I replaced mine as well but it fell off again, what do you guys use to adhere the label to the sidebag? JB weld? LOL

The darn thing costs all of $5 and postage is probably about $3 - it is a simple foil with adhesive - goes into an envelope.:

Dear bramfrank, you obviously have not spent very much time around the Danes or we Irish. Both nationalities will fart on a rock to save the grease, Dr. Rich wants the logos with the Danish Discount: FREE! Copper wire was invented by Mick and Paddy fighting over a penny on O'Connell street in downtown Dublin, aye and begorah! The Danes use both sides of the toilet paper, they are so damn tight with a Euro! Slainte, JSNS!

JB weld will work on the labels, but I have SkooterG affix my labels to the sidebag with his boogers! I have never had a Yamaha logo secured with SkooterG's boogers ever fall off, NEVER! jes' sayin' and nuff said, yucko!

Bokerfork, I'm with you 100% my Old Kraut Buddy! Dr. Rich's story of actually having a friend in Denmark smells of ********, plus when have you ever seen a photograph of a Dane without a beer in his hand. Doctored picture is obviously a PhotoShop Special, there should've been a Carlsberg in Henrick's left hand! jes' sayin' and nuff said, Pikhoved!!

I lost one when the bike took a nap on the HW3 rally. I guess I'll order another when I need other bits.

ps ... If your friend wants to pop over to the City sign for Pocha Springs, CO, he will probably find one there in the grass :)
