Yamalube 20W40

Tried to find out about Yamaha's 20W40 by doing a search and got a gazillion hits but not what I'm looking for.

Does anyone know where you can get the specs on Yamalube 20W40? Is it relabled Quaker State or someother brand? Its advertising says it has synthetic additives for transmission shear reduction. I'm trying to find out if it is a synthetic blend or plain old out of the ground stuff with some additives.

No Oil Thread Creation Motive Intended!!! Just looking for info on the Yamaha recommended oil.
