DO NOT TAKE VIAGRA IF YOU PLAN ON GOING OUTSIDE AND HEAR THUNDER!
The most common side effects of VIAGRA are headache, facial flushing, and upset stomach. Less commonly, bluish vision, blurred vision, or sensitivity to lightning may briefly occur.
In rare instances, men taking PDE5 inhibitors (oral erectile dysfunction medicines, including VIAGRA) reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision. It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to these medicines or to other factors. If you experience sudden decrease or loss of vision, stop taking PDE5 inhibitors, including VIAGRA, and call a doctor right away.

Ouch! That must have hurt and caused a lot of embarassment. OTOH, I'll bet his case notes spread through the ER pretty quick. He would be THE most discussed patient in the nursing lounge.

O, Woe is me!!
Now see, Mythbusters did a story like this, supposedly a hobo/bum/homeless person was electrocuted when relieving himself in the subway, zapped when his stream hit the third rail. In their test, no current reached the "source" of the stream, and the high-speed camera showed why. The stream is broken up by surface tension into separate droplets; it's not a continuous flow.
I call BS on the article.

Doesn't have to be with the voltages in the lighning range. The voltage can arc through miles of atmosphere. A few inches(no pun intended)/feet between droplets are insignificant in the scheme of things. He's lucky to be alive!
