12 weeks in jail for stunting? I really don't like those guys, but am I the only one who finds that to be a pretty big waste of tax dollars?

What makes it more dumb than not is doing it in places where you shouldn't do it. I think people that do it safely in areas that can be designated for it should be able to have fun. It's kinda like skateboarding, motorcycling or any other stunt type activity.

12 weeks is a lot, but the guy makes us all have higher insurance rates and look bad. Now if we just could get the same for drivers in cars and trucks that run us over do some time it would be fairer.

From that other video of the cop on the bike in UK following the guy up to 140 mph, it appears to be the equivalent to passing in the right lane on the highway over here, versus passing in left 'passing lane'.

While I gotta agree that Jail is way too nice of a place for what it's intended, does anyone here really think suspending/revoking someone's license prevents them from driving or riding a MC? How many people do we know without MC licenses or endorsements? Better yet, how many people here are currently riding without them. I got good money a few people that are on this forum have licenses suspended/revoked for everything from failing to pay child support to DWI and ride around all the time.
I totally agree with a huge fine.
I think 12 weeks of jail is 12 weeks you don't have to worry about this ******* screwing up a freeway stunt in traffic and "accidently" killing your wife and kids coming home from school. Also, don't forget that while he may not be facing a big enough fine, most places of employment will not keep a job waiting for someone who is in the pokey. Assuming he had a job to begin with, he may now be unemployed and have to sell that POS to pay his bills--We can only hope!
They should crush his bike too.
