We will depart from the Love’s Truck Stop located at the intersection of Wildhorse Pass Road/Sunburst Road and Interstate 10 at 1300 hours on Wednesday, April 9. This is very clearly marked as Exit Number 162. I pity the fool that has to work, Mr. T!

After La Posta, you can ride the "Old Mesilla Hwy" down to El Paso and avoid the interstate. It's a nice little ride through the country.

way to early to worry about Sunday forecast...around that area, 24-48 hours max on forecast. Things are almost certainly gonna change by then :)

How much do we Arizonans hate the fecking rain? I went out and bought one of these at lunch today:

If I wanted a wet GP I could just go to Silverstone or Le Mans, luckily it looks as if the forecast is improving.

We Zonies are at La Quinta Inn at the intersection of I-35 and TX 71 in South Austin, room 240 and we have tortilla chips y salsa and a cooler of Mexican beer!

I wish I had ridden to Austin, but I am at home watching the MotoGP live on television. I hope your ride was pleasant, cause its over 100 degrees here for the past three days.

Hi Dan, it would have been good to see you again and catch up but you probably saw more of the racing than my son and I did down at turn 8

Hope you folks enjoyed our fine state and had to adjust your suspension for the trip home due to the extra pounds you were carrying around the middle. Wish I could have met up with ya but it was all a last minute affair for me. Colin announced his retirement, so I mentioned to the wife about missing his last race in Texas and she said "Why don't you go?" Ended up buying my ticket at 9pm on Saturday, packing up the bike for a 4:45am wake up to get my butt to Austin. Then right back home afterwards. While it's nice to have it in my back yard where I can do that, I'm jealous of you guys who made a week out of it.

Now then, where's that food ****?
