GOD BLESS AMERICA
Alright...Talked to Don, and the two of us are thinking the group rate rooms in Estes Park are the way to go.
I talked to a really nice guy named Clyde at the Rodeway Inn of Estes Park. July rates in EP are anywhere from $145 to over $200 per night. If we can guarantee 7-12 rooms, Clyde will discount them to $119 for premium rooms on the first floor and loaded with ammenities. 2nd floor rooms are $114. He would like to block the rooms together, so I'd like to get a rough estimate of how many rooms we will need. Clyde will give us a cut-off date, so people will have up until a certian date to decide whether they are going or not.
He sent me a PDF file, but I don't know how to attach that to a thread, so if anyone of you knows, jump in and school me..Or PM me your email address and I'll forward what I have to you..Otherwise, here is what he wrote:
"AJ,
Nice speaking with you on the phone this morning! Attached, in an easy to open PDF format please find our group request form with the group discounted room and suite rates listed for your visit on July 22, 2013. The standard rooms listed are all on 2nd floor, so premium rooms may be best for your group. Along with the room and suite rates shown on page 1 of attachment also find property location, description, room and suite amenities, and lodging amenities including large indoor heated pool, hot tub, game room, free WIFI, and continental breakfast the morning of your stay. Page 2 of attachment you will see, among other information, “fun things to do” with locations and contact information. For additional information or to answer questions or to book your group’s visit please feel free to contact me at 1-800-458-1182, 970-586-5363, or email [email protected]. I appreciate the opportunity!
Thank you,
Clyde W. Stevens

The Rodeway Inn of Estes Park"
So...If you're planning on going, please post up so we can get a mostly accurate room count. If you want to try to share with someone, that's cool too. I want to get a block set aside, and would rather be two over than two short. Once we get the cut-off date, any rooms not booked by then will be released.
So far,
I need a room
