From Big-D: I'm officially booked for this ride now. Being I found the hotels, it just wouldn't be right if I were to screw around and allow the hotels to fill up.
This is cool, Moab in March breaking in a new bike doing some dirt riding, Santa Barbara in May riding the coast and Colorado in July, cruising the mountains!

Gunnison Comfort Inn - nonsmoking, double Queen beds, $85 and with fees is $98.16; 9-digit confirmation number.

Silverton Grand Imperial - Room #319 (haunted), 2 double beds, $89 and with fees is $99.80; Susan is confirmation.

We have the room 315 in Silverton. This room is next to the one the Doctor committed suicide in 1893. Just one of the many ghost here.

Doing a quick search I found our room has it's own ghost named Luigi. The other ghost roam around, but we have one to ourselves.

I've never met this Zilla fella, but he sounds scarier than any ghost. I heard he is so bad his wife has to chaperone on this ride. And his brother is such a nice guy....there is always one in the family eh?

This thread has been dead for awhile, but I thought I would let you guys know that my friend Brent from Boise, Idaho and I will be there for the cluster fun. I just finished making all of the reservations so how you can change locations to avoid us if you like. Brent rode a 2004 FJR for 5 years and then traitored it for a 2008 Concourse. I will be on my new 2013 FJR.
