No worries, Rog -- Iggy's already spanked me privately with the refund as well as in the quoted part here, so he's spent some of his "cranky" already. :lol: I failed to consider Judy a second "registrant" until after I'd sent my payment first thing last night. I HOPE I got it right this time, or I'll probably draw a dogpile tomorrow. :blink:

You might take a look at last year's thread to see the time frame for closing.

EDIT: here's a link...Deadline July 26th (guaranteed shirt...July 3rd... for the event scheduled July 30th thru Aug 2nd.

IIRC, Hal already mentioned that the other issue is the lead time for the shirts. If you register too late, the price is not reduced but there likely won't be a shirt for you (especially if you wear larger sizes like some of us).

Mostly California with one person as far as Oklahoma.

Several people forgot to include shirt sizes...so they'll be getting a bunch of XL unless they reply. That's the stick.

For the carrot: whoever gets details right the first time gets a free drink ticket at the event!!!!!

FYI Only, the Hotel does not have the group rates loaded in yet, and neither the 800 number or the local clerk could book a room until they had it loaded. (They could book at the usual rate, and you'd have to call in with your group number). Hopefully the sales dept will have this rectified the next day.

Interesting !! When I tested the process prior to release, everything was in place.

I'll verify it this morning, and scream at yell cuss out discuss it with the appropriate person.
