Although it took me a while to make contact with Cheryl from the Best Western Kachina Lodge in Taos, I finally got a hold of her.
As of right now, she can and will accommodate anyone that calls for a reservation and mentions SW-FOG. She has asked me to pass on to anyone needing a room to call her directly, although her staff should know whats going on.
Cheryl's Direct Number is: 1-575-758-2275 If you call the 800 number, anyone should be able to help you out and Cheryl has affirmed to me that everyone calling in mentioning the SW-FOG WILL be guaranteed a room at the offered rate.
Now I wanted to mention that Cheryl and I went over the complete list of everyone that has made reservations listed under SW-FOG. Because many people do not feel comfortable giving out their last names, it was a bit difficult to confirm some of the attendees. However, as of right now, there are still six (6) names that are listed as attending but DO NOT have a reservation yet. This could be because some may choose to stay elsewhere, which is fine if that floats your boat. There are 10 others that I could not confirm, although I tried like heck using Forum Handles, but giving Cheryl a name such as Sheepfuker or Skunkbreath doesn't get very far. Although WE know who you are!!
So, if you are planning on attending the 2010 SW-FOG and have not yet made your reservation, it would be very advantageous to you to do so asap.
