Well now, from what we're reading it seems that maybe we shouldn't be writing off the Gulf area just yet. From what Patriot is saying it's not that bad after all and it seems they've just plugged the well so hopefully things will improve from here on. Any other comments on the situation?

No, before you can register a newly imported vehicle it has to go through a thorough inspection. Plates are issued to the vehicle and stay with that vehicle for the life of the vehicle. Thanks.

Thanks again for your interest my friend. I've been watching Craigslist closely for some time and am able to purchase an 08 manual shift with about 1600 miles for $9000 so thats a figure I'm sort of basing things on I guess. I'll check out the cycletrader sight as well thanks.
