I have the loops on mine and I must agree the cages look better. I have however been pleasantly surprised at the amount of compliments I've received on the loops for the engine and the bags. Thank God haven't gone down and i pray i don't but I feel good about my recent addtion.

Go for it guys I have them on my bike they look great and I feel a lot better knowing I have the extra protection.

I just purchased and installed the MC bag guards and the engine gaurds. I wanted the cage but $$$ were a little funny after Chistmas. Haven't dropped it yet but did in the past had to get a bag repainted. Feel a little better now.

I ordered the front and back for my 2011. They are out of the front ones for the faring but have the rear ones for the bags.Should have the front ones in about 30 days. I'll feel a lot better to get them Dropped mine and had to have my left bag repainted.

Is there anything around that will protect the bags on our FJR's. OK don't flame me but I've had each of my bags repainted. One for scratches, the other when I dropped the bike. What's a fellow to do?

I have an 11 FJR the Aux plug in the faring is it strong enough to sustain a portable air compressor to check my tires?

Ok Guys & Gals I did it. Dropped my bike in the drive way. Got deep sctraches on the left saddle bag & mirror. Now the help where can I take it to get a good touch up job (I can't do it myself have no smarts in that area) and they won't charge me and & a leg? LEON

OK as most of you know it sometimes gets hotter than hell here in good ole Texas. Would you all be so kind as to recommend a breathable summer jacket that won't burn me up? I want the added protection just in case I fall.

Call me a dumb a--, but I've lost my owners manual for my 11 FJR. Where can I get another one? Am I gonna have to go back to the dealer? Hate to show em how dumb I am.

Who in the DFW,TX area gives the best and most reasonably priced service? Got some extras I want installed and for future reference also.

I'm with the Grand Prairie Police Dept. One of our jocks won the overall competition. Our guys all ride Harley's and if you want a real kick in the head, the maintenance is performed not by the Harley shop but by our city shop. Pray for our jocks.

I know how you guys feel. I picked up my 11 on 12/08/11 and haven't stopped grinning yet. Haven't missed my Harley at all. I have to put muscle relaxer on my lips nightly because of the excessive grinning.

I know how you feel. I just traded my 09 Harley FLHX for an 11 FJR1300 and I just feel more comfortable on the bike. I even feel better at the Yamaha shop than I ever did at Harley land. I'm glad we both made the move. Oh got mine 12/08/11.

OK thanks for the answers you guys gave about my graphics questions. Now I have two more. 1. All the bikes I've had in the past have had self canceling turn signals. Is there a kit to remedy this? I'm gonna get my Ole ass killed if I don't get a self cancel devise. 2. Already have scratches on...

Being new here and new to the FJR where are some places to get graphics for our bikes? Thanks in advance.
